When one of your accounts exceeds (goes over) the amount of space you gave it and if the following happens:

1. All pages and files will still be accessable via the web/ftp/email.
2. Any new mail sent to the account will be bounced due to the user being over their set quota.
3. New files will not be able to be uploaded to the space.

To allow e-mail and uploading again:

a. Delete some of the files in that account.
b. Log into WHM. Click the Quota Modification link. Raise the quota for the account experiencing the problem.
